No Refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Unless, the products were received defective or damaged, within a reasonable period of 30 days. If the time limit is exceeded, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Pickup at the microbrewerie

If you are unable to pick up your products as scheduled, we reserve the right to resell them within 7 business days to another lucky person! In this case, a full refund will be given within 30 days with the payment method used online.

Rental equipment

When renting equipment owned by Chelsea & Co, a security deposit will be required. In the event that the equipment is returned in a different condition or a breakage is noted, the deposit will be used to cover the cost of repairing or replacing the equipment.
