The Specialty Collection brings together different styles of beers that stand out for their process, uniqueness or high alcohol content. Unlike thirst-quenching beers, Specialty beers are to be savored and offered.... or not!

The child prodigy of the collection is undoubtedly the Scotch Ale Wee Heavy which wears its golden crown proudly because it is a gold medalist in the WORLD! Quebec does not only stand out for its grass...its beer too. The Scotch Ale inspired derivatives like its little sister which sleeps more than 24 months in oak barrels having previously been the cradle of a whisky. The Specialties are unique like the Couleur Café that struts its roasted aromas, the Belgian Triple a traitor that hides under its blond looks and the White Stout, a blond that infuses in our local coffee.
